Pablo Sáinz Villegas, called “the soul of Spanish guitar,” is featured on Rodrigo’s Concierto de Aranjuez, described by the composer as “the fragrance of magnolias, the singing of birds, and the gushing of fountains in the gardens of Aranjuez.” Rounding out the program is Rossini’s overture to the opera The Barber of Seville and Sibelius’ first Symphony. Tickets are on sale now at the CSO box office and online at ChattanoogaSymphony.org. Call (423) 267-8583.
