Join us for the CSO 2012-2013 Opening Night! Maestra Kayoko Dan returns to the podium for her second year with the CSO! This grand Opening Night concert features performances of Beethoven's "Eroica Symphony", originally dedicated to French hero Napoleon Bonaparte.

This season, Maestra Dan has included some fun, exciting, short pieces by contemporary American composer, Michael Daugherty, whose music is heavily influenced by pop culture. This concert features his Metropolis Symphony which is based on Superman comics!
