Education reform advocate Michelle Rhee will be the debut speaker of the 2011-2012 George T. Hunter Lecture Series. Now in its fourth year, the series is sponsored by the Benwood Foundation in partnership with UTC, the Ochs Center for Metropolitan Studies, and CreateHere. Former chancellor of the Washington DC public school system and founder of Students First, Michelle Rhee is a fierce and sometimes controversial advocate for educational reform. FREE and open to the public.
