Campers comb Chattanooga for art inspired by aquatic life. A wooden wave breaks overhead while goldfish and seahorses glide through Coolidge Park. Mosaic fish, bronze herons, ceramic turtles and glass jellies lead us a merry chase as we learn about the real live animals and explore new media for creating our own watery masterpieces. This camp is based at the Hunter Museum of American Art, but campers spend ample time at the Tennessee Aquarium and visiting art and artists within walking distance of the Museum. NOTE: Drop off and pick up are at the Hunter Museum of American Art. Sign up online.
