You’re invited to the Tennessee Aquarium’s “Party for the Planet” this Saturday, April 25th from 1:00 pm until 6:00 pm. We’ll have plenty of lively, conservation-focused activities to celebrate Earth Day 2009. The Aquarium’s plaza will be buzzing with conservation booths, Mayfield Moms serving ice cream, and costumed characters greeting guests. Take part in a backyard habitat gardening session or pick up an instruments and jam with Paul Vogler’s “Recycle Band.” The fun continues inside both Aquarium buildings with Planet Earth puppet shows, close-up animal encounters and special animal feedings and programs. “Party for the Planet” activities are free with Aquarium admission.
