As summer nears its end, Paradise Garden invites all to register for a light-filled Creative Spirit Retreat on Saturday, August 5, from 11 am - 3 pm, an event including an hour of yoga, followed by a creative art project.

Starting the morning off, Cyndi Allen, a Chattanooga-based yoga teacher, will lead a yoga flow sequence and meditation from 11 am - 12 pm ET in the Paradise Garden Visitor Center & Museum. Participants will then transition into the art workshop portion, led by Kimberly Dawn Crowder in the Paradise Garden Art & Learning Center, a short walk from the Visitor Center from 12 - 1 pm ET. With the days about to shorten, participants will paint their own lampshades to bring in light leading into the fall season!
