For the 13th year, come see Rock City in all its spring glory as we honor our original gardener, Frieda Utermoehlen Carter during the Southern Blooms Festival! Rock City’s Enchanted Trail comes alive with color as blossoms open all about the gardens. Specialty spring treats from food locations around the gardens will delight! Stay tuned for more details! Leashed pets welcome. This event has been selected as a recent Top 20 Event by Southeast Tourism Society!
