The Lonely Biscuits are an alternative rock band hailing from Nashville, Tennessee. Grady Wenrich, Sam Gidley, and Nick Byrd met while attending Belmont University and won MTVu's College Artist of the Year award in 2013.
Since then, the band has played on numerous festival stages such as Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, Hangout Fest, Austin City Limits, Firefly, and the MTV Woodie Awards.
For The San Francisco EP (September 22), The Lonely Biscuits partnered with the Grammy-nominated producer Paul Moak to produce a mature yet playful alternative rock sound. The first single, "Talk About", is available now. The EP features three originals and a cover of Liz Phair's "Never Said."
Lead single "Talk About" has already garnered over 400,000 streams on Spotify. The band has been praised by publications like Paste, Vice ("This is indie pop done right") and Hollywood Reporter ("TLB are on their way up").
For the video, the band employed fan-made doodles to create a fun stop-motion video reminiscent of a classic 90's Nickelodeon commercial. Premiered here: glidemagazine.com/189732/video-premiere-lonely-biscuits-mix-fan-made-doodles-indie-pop-talk/
