Set your intention for a mindful and conscious new year. Begin a meditation practice. Learn about mindfulness. Learn how meditation can help us realize the intentions we’ve set for the year and how to to get back on track if we’ve already ‘broken’ our resolutions. There will be instruction, guided meditation and practice, and time for Q&A and discussion.

All levels are welcome! Class is open to anyone aged 16 or older.
