Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise (CNE) is hosting a free homeownership fair open to the public on Saturday, June 6 from 10am to 2pm. The fair will consist of mini workshops covering topics such as budgeting, buying a home, and home maintenance. The event is for both prospective and current homeowners.

The day will be broken up into two different tracks: Buying a Home & Maintaining a Home. In addition, three realtors will be here set up to disseminate information, and Lowes and Home Depot will be outside providing information and demonstrations on a variety of topics.

CNE will be providing free lunch and a few children activities. Credit and mortgage readiness assessments will be offered.

1pm: Preparing a Basic Will with Martin Pierce from Pierce Law Firm

The event is in celebration of national NeighborWorks Week. During NeighborWorks Week, CNE and other NeighborWorks America organizations across the country will mobilize tens of thousands of residents, business people and government officials in a week of neighborhood change and awareness.
