Get ready for a fun filled day of mud and music at the 2013 Chattanooga Mud Run. The muddy 5K race will be held on Saturday, August 17 at 8:30 am at the picturesque Greenway Farms, a 180-acre city park located in Hixson. The cost to enter the 5K race is $250 for a team of five. Proceeds raised from the Chattanooga Mud Run benefits Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga Area.

Participants will climb walls, trudge through icy mud baths, crawl through tunnels and complete more than 20 obstacles! The fun continues after the race with live entertainment featuring performances by Chattanooga’s very own rock and roll bands: Soul Mechanic, Endelouz, and Queen Lightning.

Food and beverages will be available for purchase by Starbucks, Milk & Honey, Lupis Pizza, Good Dog, Lockhart Barbeque, and Kona Ice. There is no charge for spectators, so join Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga and Mud Run participants for a great day of fun on Saturday, August 17.
