A benefit concert featuring Dove nominated artist Andrew Peterson and Eric Peters from Nashville will be held on April 13th at Christ United Methodist Church at 6:30pm. We are excited that these talented artists are once again performing pro bono so the 100% of the proceeds will help support the ministry of Richmont Community Counseling Center (RCCC). We hope that this event will raise awareness of the counseling services provided by the RCCC and of the importance and privilege of serving those who are uninsured, under-insured, and/or have financial barriers that have prevented mental health treatment. This year Andrew Peterson has been touring with Steven Curtis Chapman on his “Songs & Stories” Tour. He is known for his songs that incorporate issues of family, faith, and the resilience that helps with overcoming life obstacles. You can purchase tickets to the concert at the door or you can purchase them online at www.richmontccc.com under the financial partnership tab that is labeled Mercy & Music 2012. If you are unable to attend you still have the opportunity to give to the cause of restoring hope to the lives of hurting people by visiting our website and clicking the link mentioned above.
