A fan of stand-up comedy dating back to the days Bill Cosby’s Himself was new in theaters (hence the reason he always keeps his comedy at a PG-13 level), Tabari’s sense of humor reflects a wide assortment of influences - ranging from legends like Richard Pryor and Richard Jeni to modern stars like Bill Burr, Kevin Hart, Patton Oswalt and Dave Chappelle among them.

But no matter what he says, he says it all with one simple goal in mind: Making people laugh – and hoping he doesn’t anger his family or God in the process.
