We, the parents and residents of the Hill City neighborhood, also known as Bell/Spears area, respectfully ask the Hamilton County Board of Education to “keep the promise,” and to maintain the directive of 2007 by voting to rezone Normal Park Upper and Lower Schools to include the Bell/Spears area. As a vital part of the North Chattanooga community, we believe that we deserve to be a part of the community schools, which are located less than one mile from the Hill City neighborhood, as we were promised.
