For twenty four hours, in Chattanooga from 10:00am - 11:00am eastern time, people all over the world will be rooting their energy as an individual with our planet earth, and its counterpart of a connection, heaven. ‘We are a conduit between earth & heaven’ & the practice of T’aiji promotes this connection, strengthens our relations to each other & can illuminate us in Tao and the path we walk upon.
From the Tao Te Ching - Verse #25
Something mysterious & perfect existed before even heaven and earth were born. Silent, immeasurable, standing alone and unchanging, moving without end or exhaustion, it is the mother of the known and unknown universe. I don’t know its name, so I call it by an alias: Tao. Forced to describe it, I only say, “It is great.” That which is great continues. That which continues goes far. That which goes far returns. Therefore Tao is great, heaven is great, earth is great, a person in Tao is great. These are the four greatnesses in the universe.
I am reaching out to all of you who have been wishing to do this for some time and to those wishing to join the circle again. Also to the ‘movers’ in our community, the dancers, belly dancers, nia’ers’, zumba’ers’, walkers, rock climbers, kayakers, yogis, etc.. and especially, You! There is power in numbers, I hope you can bring your energy to the group! You will totally enjoy & benefit from the t’aiji forms that we will be practicing.
