On April 15th, the monthly MANIFEST arts showcase at The Camp House (1427 Williams St.) will feature Tom Cordell, who is an acclaimed jazz trumpeter, and Two People Playing Music, a post-rock/post jazz band that just released an album and have been on tour since early March.
Tom Cordell has made a name for himself playing all over the country for decades. In Chattanooga, he has performed in the Riverbend Festival and the Nightfall series. Mr. Cordell is an aficionado of post-bebop jazz, and cites Miles Davis as a personal hero. He will be accompanied by several members of The Undoctored Originals.
Two People Playing Music just released their album While No One’s Watching at the beginning of March. They have been touring all over the Southeast in support of the record and stopped by Chattanooga to play MANIFEST Presents on March 12th.
MANIFEST VI will be held on April 15th at The Camp House (1427 Williams St.). Admission is $8. Doors open at 8 and the show begins at 9.
