Ed opened for Missy Raines last fall, won the hearts of our audience, and now he's back with a full evening of witty tunes and fine guitar picking.

He has pursued a rich, diverse career in the world of Southern roots music. As a songwriter, he's had tunes recorded by Sam Bush, Jerry Douglas, Missy Raines and John Cowan. The Country Music Hall of Fame inscribed his lyrics on the wall of their new building in 2001. As one half of the Brother Boys, Ed recorded three classic albums on the Sugar Hill label. He played the fiddling "Village Idiot" in O Brother Where Art Thou. For over 3 decades, he has run Johnson City's Down Home, one of the most highly esteemed roots music venues in the country. Touring in support of a new CD, we welcome a true legend, Ed Snodderly.
