Don't miss America's International Musical Ambassadors in this FREE public concert! Formed in 1950 to carry on the tradition of Glenn Miller's Army Air Corps band, the Airmen of Note is the premier jazz ensemble of the U.S. Air Force, based in Washington DC. The "Note" tours twice yearly, taking its uniquely American big band sound to communities coast-to-coast and around the world. The band has been featured at many of the world's great jazz festivals, playing for fans in South America, Europe and Japan. Admission is FREE, but you must have a ticket.
