BSCC will team up with the Hunter Museum of American Art for a joint home-school day celebrating African heritage, and our exhibition of “Wrapped in Pride” along with their exhibition of “Lois Mailou Jones: A Life in Vibrant Color”. Students participating will get a chance to tour both facilities and exhibits as well as view the movie “Wrapped in Pride: The Story of Kente in America”.
