North Pole Adventure features the same traditional favorites guests expect to see, but now with even more LED lights throughout Rock City - making the experience brighter in every way! Guests can interact with Santa and even see his elves harvest some candy canes!
Also new this year is “Dinner with Santa” - featuring Santa, his elves and Rocky! This $30 ticket gives VIP admission to the Lights and a buffet dinner, with extras for children that include a small gift and cookie decorating voucher. This event is offered Wednesday and Thursday, December 15 & 16 at 5 pm. For the menu offerings or to purchase tickets (only available online & limited seating), go to www.seerockcity.com/lights.
A portion of each ticket sold goes to benefit Ronald McDonald House (RMH). 2009 surpassed the $100,000 total goal. Visit RMH at rmhchattanooga.com.
“Strategic community partnerships like the one we have with Rock City is essential for us in raising the funds necessary to provide a ‘home-away-from-home’ for the families of seriously ill children at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Chattanooga,” said Executive Director Jane Kaylor.
Another special treat is the nightly concert series where guests can sip hot cocoa and listen to holiday music performed in Rock City’s Pavilion. Also enjoy cookie decorating and Sugar Plum Fairy Makeovers.
For more holiday fun, get “Rock City’s Ultimate Annual VIP Pass” to come back nightly for free, as well as other added perks throughout the year!
The event is also recently acclaimed as one of America’s “Top 100 Events” as listed by the American Bus Association, as well as a Top 20 Event for November 2010 by Southeast Tourism Society.
