It’s an art event that promises to be entertaining and educational for the whole family. In it’s first year, the Renaissance Art Competition will bring it’s 15 art finalists for an art show & competition to the Chattanooga Market. 100% of the event proceeds will go to Siskin Children’s Institute. It’s a worthy cause that should renew interest in visual arts. A real treat for market-goers this Sunday, all competing artwork will be available for sale as well.

For just $1 per ticket, folks can buy as many tickets and vote as often as they like. At 3:30 the participating artworks will be judged and the Renaissance Art Competition winner will be announced. Categories included will be: painting, sculpture, design, photography, glasswork and other art.
