Nationally syndicated radio show host Michael Baisden comes to Chattanooga as part of Baisden’s “One Million Mentors Campaign to Save our Kids Tour” on Wednesday, April 14. Baisden is traveling to over 70 of his radio markets nationwide to help in this endeavor, committing $5,000 to each market, raising awareness for local mentoring programs, and challenging listeners to match or beat his contribution. The goal is to inspire one million caring adults to become responsible mentors.

Baisden airs locally on urban adult contemporary station, WMPZ-Groove 93 from 3pm-7pm, each weekday. During his stop on Wednesday, he will conduct his show live in the studio, and then appear live at New Covenant Baptist Church at 1326 North Moore Rd. at 7 p.m. in a panel on youth mentoring.
