At this event, guests can savor an exquisite Creole dinner prepared by Chef Michael Adams. The delectable 3-course meal will start off with a choice of appetizers, Chicken & Andouille Sausage Gumbo and Lobster Bisque with Sherry Soup. With the entrée, patrons will have a choice of the infamous Nawlins pasta, Creole red beans & rice with sausage, Shrimp dOrleans Pasta, New Orleans Style Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya, or Southern Fried Catfish Platter. To cap off dinner, choose from traditional style raisin and pecan bread pudding with Bourbon sauce or triple chocolate cake.
Not only will guests be able to enjoy a fine dining Creole experience, they will also have an opportunity to be swooned to the sounds of Frank B., a local jazz recording artist. Frank B. has performed with the legendary Roy Ayers, Kenny Lattimore, Chante Moore, Joe Johnson, and Algebra Blessett.
His robust sax style has been compared to Boney James and Paul Taylor. Frank B 's next album is due to release in March 2010.
Blue Orleans Seafood Restaurant will offer two seating times on News Years Eve --- 5 pm and 8 pm. Tickets are $60 per person and will include the 3-course dinner with champagne toast and a two hour intimate jazz concert.
