Winder Binder Gallery of Folk Art is proud to present One Bridge Art Festival on September 26th and 27, 2009 at North Shore's favorite parking located at 40 Frazier Ave Chattanooga, TN. Celebrating it 4th year in Chattanooga, the event offers an eclectic display of artwork; including jewelry, pottery, mosaics and paintings.
