Destiny Theatre Company (who brought you hit stage plays like Bessie’s Blues, Black Nativity and Waiting To Be Invited)presents the Chattanooga premier of the acclaimed drama “12 ANGRY JURORS” a smash hit dramatic stage play adapted by Sherman Sergel based on the Emmy award-winning television movie 12 Angry Men by Reginald Rose.

“12 ANGRY JURORS” is an intense drama about a 19-year-old man who has just stood trial for the fatal stabbing of his father. "He doesn't stand a chance," mutters the guard as the 12 jurors are taken into the bleak jury room. It looks like an open-and-shut case—until one of the jurors begins opening the others' eyes to the facts. “We have nothing to gain or lose by our verdict. We should not make it a personal thing" says the foreign-born juror. But personal it does become, with each juror revealing his or her own character as the various testimonies are re-examined, the murder is re-enacted and a new murder threat is born before their eyes! Tempers get short, arguments grow heated, and the jurors become 12 ANGRY JURORS. The jurors' final verdict and how they reach it— will feature intense scenes that will electrify the audience and keep you on the edge of your seats.

“12 ANGRY JURORS” will run for two exciting weekends: Friday through Sunday, June 19, 20, 21, 26, 27 and 28. There will be seven dynamic performances. Friday and Saturday performance start at 8:00 pm; (EDT); Sunday performance at 4:00 pm (EDT). There will also be a Saturday matinee performance on Saturday June 27 at 2:30 pm (EDT)

Advance admission to all evening shows are Adults $17.00, groups of 10+, seniors and students (with ID) $14.00. All tickets for the Saturday June 27th matinee performance are $12.00.
