The City of Chattanooga and the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce present “Chattanooga Takes the LEED,” an educational event on how sustainable design boosts economic development. This event is coordinated by Blaine Construction Corporation, Johnson Controls, Inc. and Partners Development. Speakers at the event include: U.S. Congressman Zach Wamp; Chattanooga Mayor Ron Littlefield; Hamilton County Mayor Claude Ramsey; Paul von Paumgartten, director of energy and environmental affairs for Johnson Controls, Inc.; and Greg Bell, founder of Business for Good and former director of global external communication for JohnsonDiversey. A panel of experts including Tennessee Commissioner for Economic and Community Development Matt Kisber and representatives from Artech Design Group, Alstom Power, Inc., Green Spaces and Husch Blackwell Sanders LLP will respond to questions from the audience.
