Celebrating the 250th birthday of the Bard of Scotland

Burns Night is a celebration in honor of the birthday of Robert Burns, the poet lauriat of Scotland, who was born on January 25, 1759. The celebration includes the pomp of the "procession of the haggis" which begins a full five-course meal.

The evening also includes a silent auction of Scottish "stuff," a cash bar and social hour, songs, poems, toasts, door prizes, entertainment, and the tribute to Robert Burns known as the "Immortal Memory."

The evening will sate your Scottish appetite and will be a full formal evening of Scottish fun. Come join in the grand celebration.

This year, the Scottish Society of Chattanooga is proud to present Alex Beaton as the entertainment for the evening.
