The Possum Hunters performs live at Rock City's Enchanted Maize. The Possum Hunters consist of a six piece bluegrass band providing high energy, foot stompin' bluegrass music that appeals to people of all ages. Songs range from driving traditional tunes to more modern sounding music with a rock or jazz flair played on bluegrass instruments.

The Possum Hunters have performed on radio and television in the Chattanooga and surrounding areas, before enthusiastic crowds at company functions, corporate parties and celebrations, festivals and weddings. They have participated in the Riverbend festival in Chattanooga, Tennessee for many years, played at NightFall and Coffee House Concerts at Miller Plaza in Chattanooga, and are frequent performers at the Mountain Opry located on Signal Mountain TN. The band has been together for more than 20 years now with 3 of the original members still performing.
