Chattanooga State Repertory Theatre (Artistic Director Sherry Landrum; Executive Director Rex Knowles) will present for the second consecutive year a professional summer theatre festival. Festival coordinator and Director Garry Lee Posey says “we have a great lineup of shows to present this summer including three classics and one new play. Last year's festival was highly successful and garnered critical acclaim. We anticipate the same this summer with these diverse and compelling plays.”

All four plays will be performed at Chattanooga State in the Humanities Auditorium. “We will be transforming the theatre space into a more intimate theatre environment by placing risers and seating on the stage, neglecting the traditional proscenium theatre arrangement,” mentions Posey. Starting June 6th, CSRT will do ten straight weekends of theatre, employing over 45 professional theatre artists. Don’t miss out.
