FINANCIAL WORKSHOP
Workshop Provides Tips to Building a Legacy of Wealth

Chattanooga, Tenn.—Area residents ranging from college
bound students to retired professionals are invited to
learn about secrets of building generational wealth at
the “Sharing a Legacy of Financial Success” workshop
presented by the Urban League and Merrill Lynch. The
workshop will be held on April 22 from 6 pm – 8 pm at
the Urban League located at 730 Martin Luther King
Boulevard.

“Planning financial affairs may seem like a task that
only wealthy and middle aged individuals think about,
but that’s definitely inaccurate,” said Warren Logan,
Urban League of Chattanooga’s President and CEO.
“Everyone should prepare for their financial future
despite age and income as it is tied directly to
building generational wealth. This workshop will
equip participants with step by step guidelines to
establishing a financially secured future.”

The two-hour interactive workshop will provide
information ranging from how to manage your cash when
you feel strapped to making the most use of your
employer’s retirement benefits. Parents are
encouraged to bring their teenagers to this seminar,
as there will be activities that everyone can
participate in and enjoy. “Sharing a Legacy of
Financial Success” is free and open to the public.

Registration is required to attend. To register or to
find out additional information about the workshop,
call (423) 756-1762. The deadline to register is
April 14.
