Pops on the River is an annual celebration of Independence Day held on July 3 at Coolidge Park. Beginning at 8:00 PM, this event features the Chattanooga Symphony & Opera Orchestra performing a spectrum of patriotic and traditional tunes, as well as music from some of America's most influential composers. The performance is followed by a pyrotechnic finale from the Tennessee River.

This is the ninth season for the concert at Coolidge Park.
