This training features an introduction to Shiitake Mushroom Log Inoculation. Joel Houser, Crabtree's Farm Manager, will instruct volunteers on how to inoculate and care for mushroom logs. Wear appropriate attire for gardening, such as old work shoes and clothes (things that can get dirty). Children welcome! Activity appropriate for kids 10 and older.
Times: Saturday February 23rd from 10 a.m. until 12 noon & from noon to 2 p.m.
