The Chattanooga Rat Race is a 4.5 mile open water swim in the Tennessee River (downstream current). USMS Registration is required of all participants. A copy of the swimmer’s current registration must be submitted with the official entry form.

The race will begin at 7:30 a.m. at various locations. An award lunch will be held at Walker Pavilion in Coolidge Park immediately following the race. Awards will be given to the first and second place winners of each age group and gender. T-Shirts will be given to each participant.
