Have you been interested in meditation but aren't sure where to start?

In this class, we’ll learn the basics of establishing a meditation practice as well as exploring strategies for bringing mindfulness into our daily routines and lives. We’ll also discuss different ways in which we can stay on track, sustaining and deepening our practice even during the most stressful periods of our lives. Meditation can be a powerfully practical way to regroup, relax and rest in the moment. There will be instruction, guided meditation, and time for Q&A and discussion.
