To Benefit those who are involved with Heartwood and in saving our environment. Check in will be at 6pm on Friday eve. and will begin promply at 12pm on Saturday. Last band of the day on Saturday will be at 10pm. Bands pick back up at 10am on Sunday and will continue until 4pm. At 4pm Sunday the two top bands will play and after an intermission the winner will be announced and presented with a trophy and money. The winning band will also receive a photo shoot and an radio interview.Each band has a total of 40 minutes to showcase their best songs.
Camping is optional. Vendors are allowed. Vendors will pay $ 50 for a small table and $ 75 for a large table or 15% of all sales (whichever is less). Food and drinks will be sold (sorry, no alcohol sales). Volunteers will obtain free admission. Please email me for details. Electricity will be available to the bands (At the stage area). Camping is primitive and by a creek. Unruly behavior will be escorted out of the event. Parking area will be provided. No vehicles will be allowed inside the event except vehicles with trailers/band equipment. Once equipment is set up the vehicle will need to be moved. Rules are due to the insurance policy. Come and be a part of this event. No cost for setup and camping on Friday. The event cost will be one day will be $10 and two days $ 14. Sign in will be required for the bands and volunteers due to insurance and in case of an emergency.Sign in for others will be optional. A newsletter will be mailed to anyone who provides a valid email address and those will be notified of future events and Heartwood updates. Bands who want to compete will be required to send an audio file to my personal email which will be provided upon request. Volunteers will be assigned to a duty or band so please let me know so I could add you to a list.All Bands are encouraged to submit a picture of your band. The winning picture(s) will be placed of the flyers for the event. Children 15 and under are free with an adult. Families with 3 or more members receives a discount 3 or more family members) 1 day 8 each and 2 day will be 10 each.Kids (other than band members) are encouraged to show us your talent. Please contact and we will use you in between bands. The kids (unless in a band) will not be counted in the competition.
